McArthur Digital Distro Ltd offers a comprehensive video distribution service that helps artists and labels distribute their music videos to major platforms such as YouTube, Vevo, TIDAL, JOOX, AudibleMagic, and Boomplay. Our service ensures that your videos reach a wide audience and are properly monetized.

To get started, visit our home page and click on the "Apply" button. Choose the tier that best suits your needs and then click on the "Request Access" button. You will be redirected to the Request Access page on our Content Management System. Here, you will need to create a username, input a legitimate email address, and create a password. Click on "Register," and a thank you for applying notification message will display under the register button. Your account will be verified by our team before you can log in.

We verify accounts to prevent fraud and protect our clients' properties. This process ensures that only legitimate users can access our services.

Account verification typically takes 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification once your account has been verified and you can then log in.

Once your account is verified, log in and navigate to the "Upgrade To Pro" button located in the bottom of the right navigation menu. Select the subscription plan you want and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

We distribute videos to platforms such as YouTube, Vevo, Apple Music, TIDAL, JOOX, AudibleMagic, and Boomplay, ensuring your content reaches a global audience.

Typically, it takes 3-7 business days for videos to appear on most platforms after submission. However, some platforms may take longer.

We collect royalties from all video streaming platforms and distribute them to you based on the number of views and engagements your content receives. Payments are made monthly.

We offer dedicated support to assist you with any questions or issues you may have. Our support team is available via email and phone, and we also provide a comprehensive help center on our website.

We provide advanced analytics and reporting tools that give you insights into your video's performance. You can track views, audience demographics, and more through your account dashboard.

If you decide to leave, you can cancel your account at any time. We will ensure a smooth transition and help you transfer your content to another distributor if needed.
